Privacy Policy
Ship, Work from Ship, and Design from Ship share one account system. This policy explains what we store, why we store it, and how we use it to operate the products.
1. Data we collect
- • Account details such as email, profile metadata, and connected identity provider information.
- • Project content, prompts, generated artifacts, uploaded files, payment records, and execution logs.
- • Operational telemetry required to keep sandboxes, deployments, and realtime collaboration working.
2. How we use data
- • To authenticate you and keep your Ship / Work / Design sessions in sync.
- • To execute tasks, generate assets, deploy products, and charge or grant credits correctly.
- • To debug failures, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support customer requests.
3. Storage and processors
- • Core product data is stored in Supabase.
- • Code execution happens in E2B sandboxes. Deployments may involve Vercel, GitHub, and other connected providers.
- • Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. Identity and network integrations may involve Second Me and other configured providers.
4. Access and deletion
- • You can request account deletion and removal of associated project data.
- • Some operational logs and financial records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.
